call history panel lists all calls to and from your extension. Information about the call status, duration and numbers called is also provided. Simply double-clicking on any entry will initiate a new call on your handset so no more scribbling numbers down on post-it notes! | |
phone manager lets you specify how your phone behaves when people call you. Quickly build profiles such as ‘busy’, ‘on holidays’, ‘divert to mobile’ with appropriate greetings and switch between them as needed. Much easier than trying to do this on your handset. | |
voicemail can be accessed via your PC. Click on messages to play or delete. Information about messages such as duration, time left and caller number are also shown. If callers name is in the address book then this information is shown too. |
