We installed Vox over three months ago and it has had an enormous impact on
our business. It has helped us plan our manning, track the level of service
we are providing, change bad habits and motivate our staff with transparent
indicators.
We have been able to quantify the revenue opportunities we are missing every day and put in place a plan to capture them.
We have also been able to begin coaching and developing our staff by “sharing” the call with them, as well as “mystery shopping” our own people.
We are not yet using the system to it's full capacity but will do so in the months to come.
