| Soft Telecom is one of the most innovative companies currently operating in European IP Telephony. With a background in Internet Service Provision and Software Development the company was one of the first to spot the opportunities arising from the shift to IP and converged networks, increased availability of broadband and the ability to transmit voice over IP. Soft Telecom’s progress has been rapid since its foundation in 2004. Its flagship product, VOX Office is now at v2.5 and has an enthusiastic and constantly growing client base. It has developed a custom residential broadband telephony platform for a large telco supporting thousands of users. The company has also completed a successful funding round through a BES (business expansion scheme) and been designated a HPSU by Enterprise Ireland, the Irish economic development agency. Arguably Soft Telecoms most important achievement has been the knowledge base and experience built up as a result of delivering mission critical systems to a wide range of clients. This knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, handsets, software and call termination options means we can offer an unmatched level of objective advice to clients. We’ve learnt the hard way so you don’t have to!
