Network audit:
Before any IP based telephone solution can be delivered it is essential that the network is up to the job of supporting the additional voice traffic. As part of our service, Soft Telecom will review the existing network infrastructure and make recommendations for improvement where necessary. A simple black-box, running on your network for a week or two will tell us (and you) all we need to know.

Hardware recommendations:
There is already a large and rapidly expanding range of products available in the marketplace including IP telephone handsets, wi-fi handsets, ATAs, soft phones, PRI cards etc. As a result of our experience and extensive testing of many of these products we are ideally positioned to make recommendations to our clients about the right products for them. Our business model is not dependent on making high margins on hardware so that we can be completely independent in offering advice on the right choices for clients.

Installation:
Preparation is vital to the smooth running of an installation. At Soft Telecom we take great care to ensure that as much of the work as possible is done before our technicians ever arrive on site. This preparation includes detailed mapping of how you want your phone system to work, configuring handsets and liaising with your telephone service provider. As a result, we can schedule installations to minimise disruption to your business by doing the on-site work out of business hours.

Post-sales support and upgrades:
One of the key benefits of the software PBX unlike its hardware based counterpart is that it can improve over time. We at Soft Telecom are committed to a program of continuous enhancement and upgrade and we are also committed to ensuring that all our customers benefit from these enhancements and upgrades. Using SSH remote access we deliver new features and enhancements to all our clients without any disruption to their business.
