Complete the Name and Description fields. If the greeting has already been recorded click
the search icon to find and select the file.
If you want to record from a handset click the ‘Record this Greeting’ button. Select your
handset from the drop-down and click OK. The handset will then ring and when answered
will prompt you to record the greeting and then hang up.
Once recorded you will be prompted to save the greeting.
To use the new greetings go to the ‘Greetings’ tab in either IVR or Call Queue settings and
select the new greeting from the drop-box of those available.
