PBX Greetings
PBX Greetings provides the Administrator with the tools to manage the greetings to be used
in Call Queues and IVRs. These greetings can be either uploaded from a PC or recorded
directly from a handset.
Clicking the PBX Greetings option opens the following screen.

This is a list of the Greetings already set up. Two new icons, ‘Play’ and ‘Stop’ let the
Administrator listen to existing greetings.
Clicking the ‘Add’ icon opens the following pop-up.
