Click the ‘Search’ button to find suitable MP3 or WAV files for upload. Select the files and
click the ‘Upload’ button. When you have added as many sounds files as are required click
the ‘OK’ button.
The new Hold Music file can now be selected and played in any Call Queue. Go to Call
Queue settings and select the Hold Music tab. Select the new music from the drop-box and
click the ‘Apply’ button.
The final item in Music On Hold management is to Edit the Music On Hold Custom
Configuration file. Clicking on the icon opens the following pop-up.
