Music on Hold
VOX Admin lets you manage the Music On Hold that is played to callers while waiting for
their call to be answered. Any MP3 files files saved in mono at 8kHz and 16 bit sample rate
with the appropriate licenses can be used. Selecting the Music on Hold option opens the
following screen.

Clicking the ‘Add’ icon opens the following pop-up.

Complete the ‘Name’ field, select the playback mode which can be either Single (which
plays files in sequence) or Random and select the Virtual PBX. Then click the ‘OK’ button.
To upload the Music on Hold to be played, select the music title and click on the ‘Edit’
icon. The following pop-up opens.
