Paging
Paging is a feature which allows a message to be broadcast to all handsets. It is often useful
for a receptionist to be able to broadcast a single message to all handsets. It is important
however to check that your handset actually supports this feature.
Clicking the ‘Paging’ option followed by the ‘Add’ icon opens the following pop-up.

Complete the Name and Description fields and select a Virtual PBX. Then click on the
‘Extension’ tab. The following pop-up opens.

Select an extension from the drop-box and click the Apply button. If no extensions are
available in the drop-box, go to the Extensions menu and either add a new Group Paging
extension or edit an existing one to Group Paging.
