Select an Extension number from the drop-box of available Conference Room extension
numbers. If no numbers appear in this drop-box it means that a Conference Room extension
type has not been set up. Go to Extensions in the PBX Configuration menu and allocate an
unassigned Extension number.
Clicking on the Security tab opens the following pop-up.

Add a PIN Number to ensure the security of the Conference Room. The ‘Apply’ button is
now active. Simply click on it to set up the Conference Room. Alternatively, click the
Recording tab which opens the final pop-up screen for Conference Rooms.
