Conference Room
VoxOffice supports audio conferencing and an Administrator can set up as many conference
rooms as are required to support the needs of the organisation. Audio conferencing is often
an inexpensive and convenient alternative to getting people together for a meeting. 
Selecting the Conference Room PBX object opens the familiar list of Conference Rooms
already set up. To add a Conference Room click on the ‘Add’ icon. The following pop-up
opens.

The usual convention of naming the Conference Room, selecting a Virtual PBX and adding a
description is followed. The ‘Apply’ button is not activated until a valid Extension number
and PIN code have been allocated. So click the Extension tab which opens the following
pop-up.
