From the list of available greetings select the one you require. The ‘ring instead’ checkbox
allows the queue to mimic a hunt group. If this box is checked then no greeting will be
played and music on hold will be overridden with a ringing tone instead. 
Then click the ‘Apply’ button. The Queue is added to the list of Queues. The next step is to
work through the detailed configuration options available for each queue.
Select the new Queue from the list of Queues and click the ‘Edit’ icon. The following pop-
up loads.
