The process of setting up Call Queues is broadly similar to that of other PBX Objects. The
first step is to name the Queue and allocate it to a Virtual PBX. The Apply button is only
enabled once an extension number has been allocated to the Queue and a greeting
selected. To do this, first click the Extension tab which opens the following pop-up.

The drop-box offers a list of valid Queue extensions. Simply select the Extension number
you wish to use.
Next, click the Greeting tab. The following pop-up displays.
