Call Queue
Another powerful feature of VoxOffice is its ability to handle Call Queues. These are
designed to provide the maximum amount of flexibility to companies so that calls can be
queued and answered as staff are available.
Clicking on Call Queues opens the familiar list format screen of Call Queues already set up.
