Select a valid extension from the drop-down menu. At this point, it is possible to click the
Apply button and add the new IVR to the list of IVRs. However, a better strategy is to
continue with the IVR set-up by clicking on the Greeting tab.

The Greeting drop-down offers a list of pre-recorded greetings which can be used for the
IVR. If no suitable greeting is available, simply select the Greetings option in PBX Sounds to
record a suitable greeting.
When the Timer tab is selected a pop-up similar to the following will display.
