IVR
Setting up IVRs or Auto Attendant as it is also known is a very straightforward process.
Selecting IVR from the PBX Objects menu opens the following screen which displays a
familiar list of any IVRs already set up assuming there are some.

To add a new IVR, click the Add icon which launches the following pop-up screen.

Complete the Name field and select a Virtual PBX. The new IVR cannot be added until an
Extension has been allocated so click the extension tab which opens the following pop-up.
