The Administrator fills in the Name and Description fields and selects a Virtual PBX to which
the Hunt Group will be allocated. As with users, the Apply button is not activated until the
Hunt Group is allocated an extension. Therefore, click the Extension tab and the following
pop-up appears.

Select an Extension from those available in the Drop-down box. If none are available, it
means that a valid extension of the type Hunt Group has not been set up and you will need
to go back to Extensions and add a new Extension number or Edit an existing one and
change it to a Hunt Group extension. Once an Extension number is selected, click the Apply
button and the Hunt Group is set up.
Clicking the Timeout tab opens the following pop-up.

This sets the duration in seconds before the call times out and is either terminated or sent
to a default voicemail box. (for more on Default Voicemail see Editing Hunt Groups below).
Selecting the final tab, Recording, opens the following pop-up.
