Hunt Group
The Hunt Group is one of the most commonly used features of a PBX. The members of a
Hunt Group share a common number which when dialled will simultaneously ring all the
handsets of the group members. When the call is answered, the other handsets also stop
ringing.
Clicking on Hunt Group will open the following screen which is a list of all of the Hunt
Groups already set-up on the PBX. As with previous lists it is possible to sort and filter the
data displayed. The drop down menu option located in the top right corner allows the
display of all virtual PBXs or the selection of a single virtual PBX. This list can also be sorted
by clicking on any column heading.
