Labels
A feature of VoxOffice is the ability to apply labels to calls, contacts or companies in the
Address Book. (see also Vox for Windows). As the administrator, you can set up these labels
in the way that is most relevant to your business. Clicking on the ‘Labels’ option loads the
following screen.

In the example above, we display the familiar VoxOffice table which has been sorted by
type ie Calls, Company and Contact. Against each of these you can see the type of labels
which have been set up.
To add a label, simply click the ‘Add’ icon. Complete the pop-up and click ‘Apply’.
