Call Pickup Group
A call pickup group is a group which can pick up each others calls by hitting *8 on their
handsets. Setting up a Call Pickup Group is straightforward. Clicking the option launches
the following screen.

Clicking the ‘Add’ icon opens the following pop-up.

Complete the Name and Description fields select a Virtual PBX and then click OK. The call
group is set up. Members are added to the group via the User section below.
