DDI
The next key building block in setting up the PBX is the addition of DDIs (direct dialling
inwards). These are also sometimes known as DIDs (direct inward dialling). Clicking on the
DDI option opens a screen similar to the following.

The above shows part of a DDI range already set-up on a PBX. The table can be sorted by
clicking on the column heading. For example, clicking on Extensions will sort the table by
Extension number.
Clicking on the ‘Add’ icon opens the following pop-up.

Simply fill in the From and To fields and click ‘Add’ and the new numbers are added to the
DDI range.
