Call Recording
A widely used feature of VoxOffice is its ability to record calls. In general, where call
recording is turned on it is recommended that the recordings are moved from the PBX at
regular intervals.  
Transport Type: 
Type of protocol to be used for moving the call recordings. Can be either ftp or
Windows File Share.
Remote Host:
Name or IP Address of remote server.
Remote User: 
User with permissions to write to remote host.
Remote Password:
User’s password.
Remote Directory: 
Directory on remote host to store call recordings.
Local Directory: 
Local directory of call recordings. NOTE: DO NOT CHANGE
Max Files to Move: 
This specifies the maximum number of files that can be moved. The default is 500.
If the number of files to be moved exceeds this number the file mover module will
not attempt to run.
