Dialling
This screen is self-explanatory and lets the Administrator input parameters relevant to the
location of the PBX and the type of PSTN numbering being used.
Send to voicemail allows the use of a short code prefix to by-pass a user’s phone and call
directly to their voicemail. In the example below 2 has been entered as the short code. By
dialling 2 followed by the extension number of the user you will be routed straight to that
user’s voicemail. This will allow you to transfer a call directly to a user’s voicemail box.
