Least Cost Routing
VoxOffice 2.5.5
PBX Server Administration
NOTE: The default Billing Group is marked in bold and while it can be edited it can not be
deleted.
The default Billing Group is used as a catch-all to facilitate non-existent routes.
If the dialled number can not be pattern matched against a Call Route it is deemed to be
assigned to the default Billing Group and will be priced and terminated as such.
In the above example there are 34 billing groups compared with 263 Call Route pre-fixes in
the Call Routes listing.
To create a new Billing Group click the Add icon. The following popup opens.

NOTE: Un-assigned Call Routes are automatically added to a new Billing Group unless
specifically removed from the selection box.
Once a Billing Group is created it is automatically assigned a Tariff with zero cost values
and the Default Channel for Termination.
Selecting the Billing Group and clicking the Manage Trunk Tariff button (represented as a
wheel in the menu bar) opens the following pop-up.
